These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the callshhh application (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: harassment, fraudulent activity, automated abuse, resale without permission, or any activity that violates applicable law.

3. Credits & Billing

Credits are purchased via Stripe and consumed per initiated call and per minute of usage. Credits have no monetary value outside the Service and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Telecommunications

Calls are facilitated through third-party provider Twilio. Availability or quality of call delivery may vary; we are not liable for carrier-level disruptions.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
